Message from the Chairman
As the Chairman of the Flow Control Exchange India it is my honour to invite you to join us in New Delhi, October 2017. Valves are important components in many process industries, and for continuous process plants their functioning is critical. There are many issues relating to valve specifications, especially MOC, design & application, quality of manufacturing, testing, ease of maintenance; and most importantly availability. All these issues require thorough understanding between manufacturers, consultants and users. Although the Indian valve industry has progressed by leaps and bound in past few decades there remains a large gap to be filled where high performance and special valves are concerned. Awareness and assurance regarding the quality of valves with timely delivery is key to the growth of this sector. It is essential to have interaction between users and manufacturers to understand each other’s requirements. With this in mind, the Flow Control Exchange Advisory Board is compiling a high quality program to address the most pressing topics facing operators, designers, engineers and suppliers. Your participation and feedback will be of immense help in bridging the gap and I am sure this great opportunity will be thoroughly enjoyed amidst the Make in India campaign. I look forward to seeing you in New Delhi!
